APO/FPO
APO/FPO orders are free of charge, and shipped by United States Postal Service to the APO/FPO processing center. We cannot keep a check on how the orders are handled outside of USPS, so we cannot be responsible for shipping time.
International Shipping
All our items are shipped internationally everywhere except for high risk countries such as Laos, Indonesia, Nigeria, etc. International orders are subject to higher shipping rates and handling charges as well as customs and import duties. Customers are responsible for all the fees connected with international shipping. We request that our international customers contact their local customs office to assure they can receive our items and are informed about the fees associated with shipping.
Shipping Policy
Once you have placed the order, it will be processed straight away. If the order was placed before 2pm EST Monday to Friday, the purchase will be shipped the same day. Orders placed on weekends, national holidays or after 2pm EST will be handled the following business day.
We realize that itòÀÙs not always convenient to have items delivered to your home, especially if that item is a gift. We ship to other shipping addresses but we do a more thorough check to keep our customers safe from fraud. Shipping to another shipping address may delay your order.
We require that all orders over $500 are signed. Please make sure that you or someone on your behalf is available to receive the order. If no one is available, you may ship to an alternative shipping address or pick up the order from the carrier at your convenience.
If we find out that your order may be delivered to you faster and more securely with a different shipping method, we may substitute it for a better one at no additional charge. For instance, if you are located close to us and select USPS Priority Mail, shipping the item by UPS or FedEx Ground will be faster and more convenient (tracking number, etc). If you do not want us to change your shipping, please leave a comment when you place your order.
Packaging
Our jewelry is carefully packed to prevent any shipping damage. We can offer a jewelry box, a gift card, and gift wrapping on demand. Please contact our company to arrange that, or any other special packaging. We encourage you keep the original packaging in case the item(s) need to be returned.
